Uluchay is started to implement “Youth Economic Development” program as a local partner of “Eurasia Partnership Foundation”. The project is funded by BP Exploration (Caspian Sea) and co-ventures. The main goal of project is to create opportunities for young people of five regions along the BTC Pipeline to improve their economic and social conditions.

Under the new proposed project, Uluchay will provide the business training using its prior experience with EPF-funded projects and EPF will provide grants to the successful participants of those trainings using its comprehensive and transparent grant-making procedures.
